As our Building Surveyor you will be overseeing one off projects and leasehold works covering a variety of projects.

You will need a good understanding of building fabrics/components, being able to demonstrate technical knowledge and experience in this field.

You will be a confident problem solver, will always looking to seek a solution and being able to offer advice and guidance on remedies for building defects.

You will have experience in specification writing and will have knowledge/experience in health and safety requirements as well as CDM regulations.
