About the Role
:We have an exciting opportunity for a Kitchen & Bathroom Design Surveyor to join our Coatbridge branch in a brand-new role supporting our investment and capital improvement programmes. You will play an important part in enhancing homes across the local area by delivering high-quality surveys, designs, and technical advice to meet client and tenant expectations.
Working on NLE capital kitchen design projects and attending design meetings
Visiting tenant homes to take measurements and guide clients and tenants through suitable layout options
Presenting colour, cabinet and worktop choices, and ensuring designs comply with SHQS
Checking building services, identifying changes required for installation, and generating accurate drawings using CAD/planner software
Producing formal designs, drawings and documentation for client approval
