Job Description

  • Conduct topographical, boundary, alignment, and construction surveys

  • Operate surveying instruments such as Total Station, Auto Level, GPS, and Theodolite

  • Prepare and verify survey data, drawings, maps, and reports

  • Set out points, levels, and alignments for construction works

  • Check dimensions, elevations, and layouts as per approved drawings

  • Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and consultants

  • Ensure survey work complies with project specifications and statutory regulations

  • Maintain survey records, field notes, and measurement logs

  • Assist in resolving site discrepancies and survey-related issues
  • Supervise junior surveyors and survey assistants when required
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other surveying/drafting software
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans
  • Good understanding of site safety and quality standards
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
