·         Search legal records, survey records, and land titles in order to obtain information about property boundaries in areas to be surveyed.

·         Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites.

·         Cooperate and communicate effectively with the project team and other project participants to provide controlling the actual information.

·         Prepare/ review quantity survey Associated with internal and external invoices.

·         Liaising with local authorities, owners, subcontractors.

·         Bachelors of Engineering degree in relevant discipline.

·         Holder of IPMA Certificate.

·         Report writing and business and technical correspondence.

·         Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

·         Data Analysis.

·         Teamwork.

·         Related Field Experience: 3 – 5 years
