SQL Queries

  • ITSM / ITIL
  • Familiar with any observability tools
  • Familiar with any cloud service
  • Experience with Automation or any process improvement format/framework (like shift left, continuous improvement or simply that has done optimization/improvement of processes)


Skills : Incident Manager with SQL Coding and Ticket management in tools like Service Now/SFDC


  • Soft Skills:
  • Proficient in problem solving
  • Analytical thinking
  • good communication skills
  • Able to explain complex things in simple terms.
  • Able to talk with Business, technical teams as well as non-technical - Proactive, initiative to search for information/solutions


Nice to have: - Experience in any programming lang - K8S - NoSQL - SRE or DevOps knowledge
