- Familiar with any observability tools
- Familiar with any cloud service
- Experience with Automation or any process improvement format/framework (like shift left, continuous improvement or simply that has done optimization/improvement of processes)
Skills : Incident Manager with SQL Coding and Ticket management in tools like Service Now/SFDC
- Soft Skills:
- Proficient in problem solving
- Analytical thinking
- good communication skills
- Able to explain complex things in simple terms.
- Able to talk with Business, technical teams as well as non-technical - Proactive, initiative to search for information/solutions
Nice to have: - Experience in any programming lang - K8S - NoSQL - SRE or DevOps knowledge
