Business Partnering - Provide Products support for existing and modified products (ECR/ECOs/Deviations). - Collaborate with other departments for sustaining projects including quality, manufacturing engineering, sales, marketing etc. - Work closely with other engineers to solve technical problems. Performance, Metrics & Reporting - Coordinate and manage projects to include meeting set deadlines from the Project Engineering team, communicate task process, and notify team if tasks are behind schedule. - Reduce volume of sustaining ECOs and deviations through lean principles - Recommend product improvements and cost reductions. - Work with Project Engineers to investigate new product prototyping builds and testing within the factory.

Knowledge: - Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or equivalent education. - 3 - 5 years related experience, preferred. - English 80%-90%, read, spoken, written. - Superb prob...
