Job Description

 Revenue & Growth Ownership
Own APAC revenue targets (annual and quarterly)
Drive new logo acquisition and account expansion across:
 Automotive & Heavy Machinery manufacturers
 FMCG and F&B manufacturers
 3PL solution providers
Build a strong pipeline of large enterprise and multi-site deployments
Forecast accurately and manage sales cadence (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
 Enterprise Sales Execution
Personally lead and close complex, high-value enterprise deals
Navigate long sales cycles involving:
 Operations
 Engineering
 Safety
 Procurement
 CXO stakeholders
Structure solutions involving both MAG AMRs and the SyncOS platform
Own pricing strategy, deal structuring, and commercial negotiations
 Sales Strategy & Go-To-Market
Define APAC GTM strategy by country, industry, and segment
Identify priority markets and verticals for expansion
Work closely with Marketing to:
 Define ICPs
 Improve lead quality
