Job Description

Revenue & Growth Ownership

  • Own APAC revenue targets (annual and quarterly)
  • Drive new logo acquisition and account expansion across:
    • Automotive & Heavy Machinery manufacturers
    • FMCG and F&B manufacturers
    • 3PL solution providers
  • Build a strong pipeline of large enterprise and multi-site deployments
  • Forecast accurately and manage sales cadence (weekly, monthly, quarterly)

Enterprise Sales Execution

  • Personally lead and close complex, high-value enterprise deals
  • Navigate long sales cycles involving:
    • Operations
    • Engineering
    • Safety
    • Procurement
    • CXO stakeholders
  • Structure solutions involving both MAG AMRs and the SyncOS platform
  • Own pricing strategy, deal structuring, and commercial negotiations
