Job Description
Revenue & Growth Ownership
- Own APAC revenue targets (annual and quarterly)
- Drive new logo acquisition and account expansion across:
- Automotive & Heavy Machinery manufacturers
- FMCG and F&B manufacturers
- 3PL solution providers
- Build a strong pipeline of large enterprise and multi-site deployments
- Forecast accurately and manage sales cadence (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
Enterprise Sales Execution
- Personally lead and close complex, high-value enterprise deals
- Navigate long sales cycles involving:
- Operations
- Engineering
- Safety
- Procurement
- CXO stakeholders
- Structure solutions involving both MAG AMRs and the SyncOS platform
- Own pricing strategy, deal structuring, and commercial negotiations
