SVP, Development

RETS Associates, on behalf of its Client, a private well capitalized real estate owner and developer, is seeking a SVP, Development (SVP) to be located in Northwest Arkansas. The SVP, Development will be focused on several mixed use and multi-family developments throughout the region and should have a strategic and hands on approach to development. SVP should have experience in placemaking and master planned developments and a strong track record in mixed use development. 


The position will require a strategic mindset towards development opportunities, analysis and planning, project oversight, financial management and strong team leadership experience. Culture for our client is pivotal and the expectation is a team oriented collaborator, ability to help out where needed and a focus on execution. The SVP will be on the frontlines for the continued revitalization of an entire community by executing on developments with massive community impact!
