Job Description Convert Strategic vision into Operating goals and business modeling for monitoring and reporting. Handling of Mergers and acquisitions including due diligence process, evaluation of deals, Price negotiations. Preparation of detailed Project reports, justification (ROI analysis) of Capex proposals, monitoring and managing progress of long term projects. Partner with Treasury in fund managements at group level including Capital rationing, allocations to various initiatives. Provide leadership to the consolidation team in preparing standalone and consolidated Financial Statements (Quarterly & Annual). Key Skills Required Comprehends the totality of a business situation.
