**💰 Pay:** $18–$21/hr. (Based on Experience + Overtime)
**📅 Schedule:** 14/7 Rotating Day & Night Shifts
**R360 Environmental Solutions** , a Waste Connections company, is the nation's leading provider of environmental oilfield waste management. We’re looking for a dependable and safety-minded **SWD Operator** to join our team at our **Bourg, Louisiana** facility.
**🔧 The Job:**
+ Operate, monitor, and maintain SWD equipment (pumps, valves, tanks)
+ Safely offload and process produced water from transport trucks
+ Conduct routine equipment checks and minor maintenance
+ Accurately log readings, daily volumes, and incident reports
+ Maintain a clean and safe worksite at all times
+ Follow all environmental and safety protocols
+ Communicate effectively with coworkers and drivers
