Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to Swedish-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about payment solutions, ensuring swift and effective issue resolution.
  • Inform clients about available payment options and guide them through our services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions within our systems.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance service quality and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and updates in payment processing to assist clients better.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a payment solutions environment is desirable.
