Swine HVAC Technician - Iowa Falls, IA

In a Swine HVAC Technician position at Iowa Select Farms, you would join a team that oversees the ventilation and filtration systems on our farms. An overview of daily responsibilities includes, but are not limited to the following:

• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep for ventilation and filtration systems in our filtered farms


• Work closely with site manager and/or production supervisor to ensure the ventilation/filtration system is operating as designed


• Perform regular inspections of filters and filter rooms to ensure integrity of filtration system


• Demonstrate knowledge in general construction methods including electrical, mechanical, carpentry, and controls.


• Train farm staff on ventilation systems, controllers, and filter inspections


• Bilingual in Spanish and English - preferred

Compensation details for a full-time position includes:

• Full time positions are salaried.


• Pay wage is determined by experience level coming into the role, so previous experience and proficiency in areas listed above is preferred.
