About the Role

Join a well-established switchboard workshop in Northgate building high-quality control panels and assemblies. Enjoy a stable 4-day week with regular 3-day weekends, long-term security, and a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, wire, and assemble control panels and switchboards
• Read and interpret diagrams, schematics, and layout drawings
• Conduct testing, fault finding, and quality checks
• Complete modifications and upgrades as required
• Collaborate with workshop teams to meet production targets

Qualifications / Experience Required

• Switchboard or control panel wiring experience
• PLC/VSD/instrumentation wiring capability
• Confident working from drawings with precision
• QLD Electrical Licence + CPR/LVR (for electricians)
• Strong industrial sparkies also encouraged to apply
