Switchgear Technician

Bemana is seeking a Switchgear Technician in Chesapeake, VA, to perform high-level technical service on low and medium voltage power distribution equipment. This role is ideal for a hands-on expert who can transition seamlessly between in-shop breaker overhauls and field-based troubleshooting. You will join a premier, independently owned facility that has been a leader in the electrical machinery repair industry for many years. 

Position Offers:

• Hourly rate between $35-$42/hr depending on experience + overtime opportunities. If your target pay is higher, we still encourage you to apply—we could request adjustments based on experience and market conditions
