• Perform patching, version upgrades, and performance tuning of Sybase ASE databases.

• Manage/troubleshoot Sybase Replication Server and configure Replication for high availability, disaster recovery and knowledge on heterogeneous replication setup.

• Experience in database resync/re-initialization for warm standby/MSA and table level replication setups.

• Replication server performance monitoring and tuning.

• Dealing with replication latency, DSI and replication agent related issues.
