Sys & Network Tech Spec

The Systems & Network Tech Specialist is mainly responsible for IT on the users environment. Executes tasks to improve and Support the environment of Desk PCs and laptops, provides specialized services about (supporting media on meetings, root cause analysis, requests from users), and provides services and IT facilities (security systems, printers, copiers). The Systems & Network Tech Specialists also provides Support on site for “Service Desk” if necessary.
- Executes services for desktop PCs and laptops and supervise standards (hardware, software, data locations, etc.)
- Distributes corporate image to PCs and laptops
- Supports the users son site and remotely to solve problems and ensure Customer satisfaction
- Maintains control of all software licenses
- Maintains configurations for PCs security for all users (software permissions, installation, etc)
