SYS Requirements Engineer

JD:
Key Responsibilities
Apply reuse strategy through managing concerned requirements
Execute System Requirements Analysis
Lead reviews across domains (SWE, HWE, MEE) concerning system requirements and ensure alignment with system architectural specification
Report requirement analysis status (baseline, dashboards, queries and metrics)
Support Lead Systems Engineer in planning and product release
Support System Test Manager in planning for integration and qualification test
Analyse System Requirements
Create and update the requirements specification for eDrive and AWD systems
Create baseline, dashboards, reports, queries and metrics
Ensure alignment with system architectural specification
Ensure quality of the System Requirements Specification as well as the Subsystem Requirements Specifications, including SWE requirements for FASW
Establish bidirectional traceability between stakeholder requirements and system requirements in Requirements Management Tool, including SWE requirements for FASW
Execute change management for requirements changes
Identify and analyse System Requirements via use cases and in line with system architectural design
Identify System Requirements
Support configuration management and requirements elicitation
Support winning new business (analysis of RFI / RFQ and compliance)
Transform the defined stakeholder requirements into a set of system requirements that will guide thedesign of the system, including SWE requirements for FASW
Formal qualifications required:
Bachelors in engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics) / Bachelor in Physics or similar
Previous experience required:
3 years of experience as i.e. System Requirements Engineer or similar
1 year of experience in analyzing requirements
1 year of experience as Test / Calibration Engineer or similar
