Job Description
Purpose of Position
Perform and monitor the installation/configuration, operation and maintenance of IT systems, databases and related infrastructure to guarantee that they are fully functional and that all standard procedures for systems administration are followed.
Responsible for managing application deployments across all environments, including Development, Quality Assurance, User Acceptance Testing and Production. Ensures compliance with ITIL Change Management standards, risk mitigation and business impact minimization. Collaborates with cross-functional teams (DevOps, Business Analysts, Program and Project Managers as well as internal and external developers) to deliver smooth transitions through the deployment lifecycle, maintaining environment stability and supporting continuous delivery practices.
