SysOps Engineer

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented SysOps Engineer to join our Technology team and work on a strategic project for our US-based clients. This role is key to ensuring the stability, performance, and reliability of production systems. You’ll collaborate to guarantee high availability, smooth operations, and fast incident resolution.

• Monitor, operate, and maintain production systems and infrastructure for a US-based client project.
• Manage monitoring and observability tools (e.g. Datadog) to proactively detect and prevent issues.
• Ensure high uptime, performance, and operational stability of the client’s environments.
• Troubleshoot system, infrastructure, and network issues, including incident and outage management.
• Act as a technical point of contact between Magoya’s Technology team and the client’s technical team.
