About The Role

The System Accountant will play a key role in the successful implementation, management and ongoing optimisation of the organisation’s new ERP system – Technology One. This position bridges finance and technology, ensuring that the ERP solution is configured to meet business requirements and supports efficient financial processes. The role will also support the accounting team, including general ledger system management, end‑of‑month and end‑of‑year system rollover processes and development of meaningful insightful reports.

Your Accountabilities

• Act as a finance representative in the ERP implementation project, collaborating with the Strive and the accounting team.
• Provide training and support to finance team members on system functionality.
• Manage end‑of‑month and end‑of‑year rollovers.
• Develop a process to reconcilecji sub‑ledgers to general ledgers.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and user guides for finance‑related system functions.
• Work with the accounting team to design and configure Excel One reports to be used to provide insightful information.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide feedback on financial workflows and reporting templates.

The Successful Candidate Will Be a Self‑starter With

• Solid accounting foundation with experience in GL, AP/AR, and financial reporting.
• Experience with Technology One and prior involvement in ERP implementations.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in handling complex financial datasets.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems and reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently andсама collaboratively in a dynamic project environment.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
