JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Title: System Admin GCAS (System Admin Concur)

Reports To: Process Delivery Manager – P2P

Role Type: Individual Contributor

Location: Pune

Responsibilities:

  • Key user of the Concur application
  • Second line support to resolve end-user- and application topics
  • Coordinate support issues with other support functions
  • Participate in Concur implementation projects and other project related activities
  • Support in roll-out of new releases - testing, evaluation and modification of local procedures
  • Be the network into the third- (FOC GCAS) and forth (Central Concur team) line support
