- Perform proactive monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting, and security management of computing environments.
- Support disaster recovery operations to ensure business continuity and system stability.
- Install, configure, and manage LAN, WAN, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems.
- Maintain and administer computer networks, hardware, system software, and applications software.
- Conduct regular data backups and execute disaster recovery operations effectively.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, networking, and system issues.
- Configure, monitor, and maintain email systems and virus protection software.
- Implement network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
- Monitor system performance, identifying and addressing potential bottlenecks proactively.
- Provide technical support, guidance, and mentoring to team members and users.
