Provide administration of Exchange Online
Provide administration of Defender for M Exchange Online Protection
Provide administration of Teams for Government
Provide administration of OneDrive for Government (Sharepoint integration)
Provide administration of M for Government
Support identity & access management and role provisioning through Entra ID
Support M/Entra ID services to enable service access and hybrid-cloud integration with on-prem systems
ITSM ticketing and/or incident management requests
