Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain Windows and Linux servers, network devices, and storage systemsManage Active Directory, user accounts, group policies, and security permissionsSupport end-user computing environments including desktops, laptops, and mobile devicesMonitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixesAssist with IT projects, upgrades, and deployment of new systems or softwareManage backups, disaster recovery, and maintain IT security standardsLiaise with vendors and service providers to ensure timely support and maintenanceMaintain IT documentation, SOPs, and asset inventoriesKey Skills & Experience
Strong experience in Windows Server administrationKnowledge of Linux environments an advantageActive Directory and group policy managementNetworking fundamentals (switches, firewalls, VLANs, TCP/IP)Backup and disaster recovery processesEndpoint management and supportTroubleshooting hardware, software, and network issuesGood communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience in a manufacturing or production environment a plusNice-to-Have
VMware/Hyper-V virtualisation experienceOffice 365/Microsoft 365 administrationScripting skills (PowerShell, Bash)Experience with ERP or production systems
