What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide end‑to‑end technical support across hardware, software, mobile devices, and enterprise applications.
• Manage and maintain core infrastructure platforms including Windows and Linux environments, VMware ESXi, Nutanix, Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange, and Microsoft 365.
• Oversee storage platforms such as SAN, along with backup and disaster recovery solutions to ensure system resilience.
• Support and maintain Citrix application delivery environments and associated monitoring and alerting tools.
• Maintain system security and compliance through structured patching and update management processes.
