Job Description:

Linux L1L2 Support ExecutivePosition Summary L1L2 Support Executive Linux Server Major Responsibilities Experience in managing RedHat, SUSE, AIX LPars (5) - on prem and cloud environment.Experience in Patching, vulnerability check and Bigfix for automation (Patching) Exposure in monitoring the performance of the server and the availability on system outage and performance degradation. Experience in monitoring logging tools(e.g., Solarwinds, Nagios, cloud-native solutions etc.,Expertise in managing the periodic backup of servers and data retention.Exposure to Disaster Recovery and testing of critical servers. QualificationoGraduate B.E in Electronics, Computer, Telecom. Experienceo7-9 years of experience in Linux server AdminSkill RequirementoExperience in managing Linux server ecosystem. oFault diagnosis, resolution, trouble-ticket closure and resolving network performance issues.oDomain knowledge of IP, Cloud, server migration etc.,oExposure to NMS, Trouble-ticketing and Inventory management toolsoGood interpersonal and communication skills
