About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Intune L3 Administrator to manage and support enterprise endpoint environments across Windows, mac OS, i OS, and Android devices. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft Intune (MEM), Windows Autopilot, compliance policies, and security baselines, along with hands-on experience in mac OS management with Intune.
This role requires advanced troubleshooting skills, policy enforcement, application deployment expertise, and a strong understanding of endpoint security frameworks. You will collaborate closely with security and compliance teams to ensure all endpoints align with corporate policies and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Management)
- Manage and support Intune for Windows, mac OS, i OS, and Android devices.
- Configure and troubleshoot compliance policies, configuration profiles, security baselines, and app protection policies.
- Implement and manage Windows Autopilot for seamless device provisioning.
- Migrate Group Policies (GPOs) to Intune and optimize device configuration strategies.
- Handle application deployment via Intune (MSI, Win32, Store Apps).
- Support Conditional Access policies with Azure AD and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE).
- Perform L3-level troubleshooting for device enrolment, policy conflicts, and compliance failures.
- Mac Management
- Deploy and manage mac OS devices using Jamf Pro and Intune MDM.
- Configure and enforce mac OS compliance policies, File Vault encryption, and software distribution.
- Integrate Jamf Pro with Intune for Conditional Access and compliance reporting.
- Troubleshoot mac OS enrolment, policy enforcement, and application deployment failures.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6–8 years of experience in endpoint management, specializing in Microsoft Intune.
- Hands-on expertise with Windows Autopilot, compliance policies, and MDM configurations.
- Strong knowledge of mac OS device management via Intune integration.
- Scripting skills (Power Shell, Bash, or Python) for automation and troubleshooting.
- Solid understanding of endpoint security frameworks and compliance standards.
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
