Job Description
Role – Maintain and manage entire firm's IT systems including hardware and software.
Responsibilities
Install, configure and troubleshoot computer equipment and associated components, including operating systems and supporting applications, network devices requiring advanced knowledge of the environment and products.
Server management and monitoring: Server and network security implementation, analysis and regular audit
Design and support LAN/WAN/ CCTV infrastructure and associated software and hardware
Maintain regular back up of all systems and servers
Anti-virus installation and management
EPBAX and telecom products management
Desktop support- Installation, Configuration, trouble shooting, IT Helpdesk, remote support etc
Drivers installation and configuration
Configuration and trouble shooting MS-Outlook, exchange mail, Outlook directory
Installation, support- windows 10, Win 11, MacOS
Trouble shooting (MS Office, Antivirus, Outlook, Office 365)
