- Proficient in Windows operating systems (Win XP, 7, 10 & 11)
- Experience with Patch deployment & package deployment (SCCM)
- Knowledgeable in Encryption Software (PGP & BitLocker)
- PC Hardware troubleshooting skills (Laptop & Desktop)
