About the role
This position ensures the stable, secure, and continuous operation of systems, servers, and end‑user environments across Linux and Windows platforms. Working closely with the Network Engineer and IT Manager, the role focuses on system monitoring, configuration management, performance optimization, and hands‑on technical support.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Respond quickly and effectively to incidents as part of a collaborative 24/7 operations team.
- Monitor production and streaming equipment using dashboards, logs, and monitoring tools.
- Ensure all production systems and equipment are fully functional and operational.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues, including component replacement when required.
