About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Tier 3 Systems Technician to join our System Operations team. This role is ideal for a highly skilled generalist who thrives on troubleshooting complex issues across servers, networks, and end-user systems. You'll serve as a senior escalation point for our Tier 1 and Tier 2 technicians, handling the most challenging technical incidents and driving root cause resolutions.
The successful candidate will demonstrate expert-level knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server, Office 365 administration, and PowerShell scripting, combined with strong analytical & communication skills and a high attention to detail.
