Execution and monitoring of orchestrations in Pega, Biztalk
Execution and monitoring of batch processes and letter generation in Market Prominence
Monitoring of system health in Pega and Biztalk and reacting to notifications or agent warnings/failures
Running of ad hoc and custom reports
Database queries of Pega blob, Pega custom DBs, Biztalk blob, SQL server
1st shift support (9am-5pm)
Monthly Release support for technical checkout
Monthly server patching support for technical checkout
Works with Pega Platform team on complex issue resolution
Mandatory skills
Pega Technical knowledge
