What You'll Do:

  • Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, and servers;
  • Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, networking, and system issues when they arise;
  • Ensuring security through access controls, backups, and firewalls and efficiency of IT infrastructure;
  • Install and configure software and hardware;
  • Manage network, servers, and technology tools;
  • Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls.

    • Requirements

    Must-Have Qualifications:

  • University degree in IT or related subject;
  • Good command of the English language;
  • At least 5 years of past and proven experience in administering server-side technology and networked computing systems;
  • Proven experience in the Linux operating system;
  • Experience with or knowledge of current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and system performance-monitoring tools;
  • Experience in virtualization;
  • Experience with IT operations.

    • Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Involvement in e-government projects;
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker, and Kubernetes clusters;
  • Ability and availability outside of working hours to resolve emergency issues promptly, based on on-call rotation shifts.
