Job Description

This role serves as a recognized master and trusted advisor in Employee Time and Absence Management, with deep and broad expertise across benefits administration, accrual management, and employee data management. The position is accountable for end‑to‑end ownership and outcomes of assigned HR applications and data domains, including all dependent integrations and downstream business impacts.

Operating with broad latitude in a complex environment, the role anticipates business, operational, and regulatory challenges and translates them into sustainable system, process, and data solutions. Through direct ownership of HR technology platforms and integrations, this position delivers solutions with enterprise‑wide impact across HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and related functions. The role contributes to functional strategy, leads initiatives with high visibility, and ensures solutions align with KION IT standards, security requirements, and business objectives.
