Job Description: System Administrator

Location: Gurugram (Travel to Jaipur twice a month)

Experience: 1-2 Years

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Mac systems (hardware & software).

• Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues.

• Coordinate with the Chennai IT team for dialer setup and SIM configurations.

• Manage system upgrades, patches, and security updates.

• Provide user support and maintain documentation of IT processes.

• Maintain inventory of IT assets.

• Perform regular backups and support disaster recovery planning.

• Manage Wi-Fi and coordinate with coworking partners to ensure uninterrupted connectivity.

• Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

• Graduate in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
