The position plays a key role in ensuring stable, secure, and reliable IT operations across multiple business systems.
This is a highly interactive support role requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve a wide range of technical issues with minimal supervision.
Work Location
Fully onsite role based in the Reno, Nevada area. Exact site location will be confirmed. Mileage reimbursement provided for approved travel between supported locations.
