Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced System Administrator to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Windows and Linux server deployments , system administration, and troubleshooting in enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers.
Manage application servers such as Web Logic, JBoss, Tomcat.
Perform system monitoring , performance tuning , and capacity planning.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to ensure minimal downtime.
Implement and maintain security best practices , including firewalls, SSL/TLS, and access controls.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support application and infrastructure needs.
Must-Have Skills:
Proficiency with application servers (Web Logic, JBoss, Tomcat).
Strong understanding of Windows, Linux, and Unix operating systems.
Experience with monitoring tools and performance optimization.
Knowledge of networking principles and protocols.
Familiarity with security practices and tools.
Educational Qualification:
B. E / B. Tech / MCA or higher degree in IT or related field.
Good to Have:
Certifications such as Red Hat Certified Specialist , Oracle Web Logic Server Certification.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and automation tools.
