Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced System Administrator to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Windows and Linux server deployments, system administration, and troubleshooting in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers.
• Manage application servers such as WebLogic, JBoss, Tomcat.
• Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to ensure minimal downtime.
• Implement and maintain security best practices, including firewalls, SSL/TLS, and access controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support application and infrastructure needs.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency with application servers (WebLogic, JBoss, Tomcat).
• Strong understanding of Windows, Linux, and Unix operating systems.
• Experience with monitoring tools and performance optimization.
• Knowledge of networking principles and protocols.
• Familiarity with security practices and tools.

Educational Qualification:

• B.E / B.Tech / MCA or higher degree in IT or related field.

Good to Have:

• Certifications such as Red Hat Certified Specialist, Oracle WebLogic Server Certification.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and automation tools.
