Job Description
- Responsibility for operation and implementation of IT infrastructures in multidisciplinary computing networks, from small-scale environments to complex project-based systems
- Involvement throughout the entire project lifecycle: initiation, lab development, testing sites, and customer delivery
- Deployment of IT solutions and ongoing support for diverse infrastructure issues
- Troubleshooting across communication infrastructures, hardware, virtual environments, and integrated systems
- Full responsibility for the availability of project-based computing environments
- Leading control and validation processes of system requirements
- Documentation and knowledge preservation
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a System Administrator in Enterprise or SME environments
- Proven experience in operation and implementation of IT infrastructures and large-scale system integration
- In-depth knowledge of Linux operating systems and Windows servers
- Proven experience in data communications and work with Cisco/Juniper products at the CCNA level
- Experience in installation, upgrade, and maintenance of Active Directory environments
- Hands-on experience in setting up, upgrading, and maintaining VMware-based virtualization environments (vSphere, vCenter, vRA)
- Experience with storage solutions (NetApp) – advantage
- International certifications such as CCNA and MCSE – advantage
- Mandatory documentation writing skills
- Valid driver’s license – mandatory
- Mandatory requirement: Proven hands-on industry experience (military service experience alone is not sufficient)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work at customer and testing sites in Israel and abroad, including staying away from home for several days when required
