Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities

1. To manage and maintain IT Infra (Server/Network/Storage)  install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, to ensure that systems are set up correctly and optimized for performance.

1. User Management : To Manage user accounts, permissions, access control and to ensure that users have the appropriate access to systems and data.

1. Monitoring and Maintenance : To continuously monitor system performance, availability, and security & perform routine maintenance, updates, and patches to ensure systems are secure and functioning optimally.

1. Backup and Recovery : To manage backup procedures & in the event of a system failure or data loss, to restore systems and data.

1. Troubleshooting and Support : When issues arise, to diagnose and troubleshoot problems related to hardware, software, and networking & provide technical support and work to resolve issues promptly.

1. To work in close coordination with Technical Team and provide support and guidance on all the functional area(s) as stated above

B.               Experience : 5+ years

C.              Qualification required:  BE / BTech / MCA from reputed institutes. BE / BTech preferably in CS/IT

D.              Location : Kolkata

E.               Employment Mode : FTC

F.               Joining : Immediate

G.              Salary : 10 to 12 Lacs per annum
