Role Overview

For a network of medical laboratories operating across Switzerland, we are looking for a System & Modern Workplace Administrator (Azure / Intune) to strengthen the IT team. This role sits at the intersection of advanced IT support and modern workplace/cloud initiatives, supporting a highly regulated and mission-critical laboratory environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Level 2 escalation reference for the Service Desk, resolving complex incidents and supporting continuous improvement.
• Manage, optimize, and further develop the Azure and Intune / Endpoint Manager environment, including:
• Software deployment and automation (PowerShell scripting)
• Management of GPOs, security, and compliance policies
• Endpoint security and compliance optimization
• Proactively propose, test, and implement modern workplace solutions to improve performance, security, and user experience.
