Role Overview
For a network of medical laboratories operating across Switzerland, we are looking for a System & Modern Workplace Administrator (Azure / Intune) to strengthen the IT team. This role sits at the intersection of advanced IT support and modern workplace/cloud initiatives, supporting a highly regulated and mission-critical laboratory environment.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the Level 2 escalation reference for the Service Desk, resolving complex incidents and supporting continuous improvement.
Manage, optimize, and further develop the Azure and Intune / Endpoint Manager environment, including:
Software deployment and automation (PowerShell scripting)
Management of GPOs, security, and compliance policies
Endpoint security and compliance optimization
Proactively propose, test, and implement modern workplace solutions to improve performance, security, and user experience.
