Job Description
We are seeking a System Administrator with experience in IT Support / Service Desk (Helpdesk) and IT infrastructure operations. The role involves providing technical support, monitoring systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of MS Excel , a solid understanding of networking protocols and infrastructure , and the ability to manage and resolve tickets using a ticketing system (experience with ServiceNow is a plus). Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently in a support-driven environment are essential.
