Work Shift: 4x11 Friday-Monday/ Night Shift
The role directly related to important scheduled maintenance, reactive maintenance, and responding to system alerts and monitoring events.
This is important work to keep central infrastructure working effectively, which underpins our entire service delivery.
This role will suit someone who enjoys regular maintenance tasks, maintaining the quality and safety of systems, troubleshooting more complex escalated issues, and occasionally supporting the service desk when required.
