Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support core infrastructure systems including On-Premise servers (AD, DNS, DHCP, Exchange, virtualization, Windows/Linux) and cloud services on Microsoft Azure (Azure AD, VMs, storage, and networking);
  • Create, update, and manage user accounts, mailboxes, and access permissions across both local and cloud environments. Provide support for Microsoft 365 services, including Outlook and Office apps;
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of LTO-IT system by monitoring, maintenance and providing support to district office (DO) servers and ensuring high availability and attaining an acceptable level of system performance;
  • Respond to issues, problems and concerns escalated by Customer Care and other support groups related to systems administration function in a timely manner;
