Job Description

Responsibilities


• Manage computing services and ensuring system availability and operational readiness.


• Implement software upgrades, security patches, hotfixes, and system enhancements.


• Set up and maintain user accounts, workstations, and desktop PCs, ensuring compliance with security policies on access control, encryption, and endpoint protection.


• Prepare and configure systems to support disaster recovery exercises and business continuity activities.


• Maintain IT security systems, documentation, SOPs, and configuration records in accordance with organisational and regulatory standards.


• Oversee inventory management and asset configuration for workstations, desktop PCs, and related IT assets.


• Handle Level 1, 2, and 3 support tasks, including troubleshooting incidents, resolving technical issues, and fulfilling service requests.


• Liaise with external vendors and service partners to diagnose and resolve IT problems efficiently.


• Support audit, compliance, and internal control initiatives, including system reviews and remediation activities.


• Monitor system performance, logs, and alerts to proactively detect issues and maintain system stability.


• Participate in system hardening initiatives and cybersecurity enhancement programmes.


• Provide technical support for system deployments, upgrades, and project implementations.

Requirements


• Diploma in Computer Science or Information System.


• Minimum 1 year of experience in system administration, handling & administration of windows 11 & desktop support.


• Adaptable to changes with a positive attitude.


• Ability to self-learn, acquire new skills and support new systems


• Self-driven and team player.
