Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the company's Office 365 email system to ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct regular quality assessments of the email system, reporting any inconsistencies or issues.
  • Address and resolve any challenges faced by users in relation to the email systems promptly.
  • Adopt a proactive approach towards enhancing the security of user environments and devices.
  • Formulate and recommend policies on the system's acceptable use and establish standard procedures.
  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions related to the email system.
  • Suggest and enforce data backup protocols as well as message retention policies.
  • Deploy and maintain anti-virus software across the company, ensuring all components are up-to-date and monitor suspicious activities in the network.
  • Monitor and track the source of spam emails, and develop a comprehensive action plan for the Head of Department (HOD) to prevent future incidents and bolster cybersecurity defences.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
