Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a System Administrator Team Lead. In this role, you will manage and oversee a team of system administrators, coordinate daily system support operations, and ensure the security, stability, and efficiency of the IT infrastructure. Day-to-day tasks include providing hands-on technical support, troubleshooting system issues, managing Microsoft Exchange environments, implementing system configurations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and processes. You will also mentor and guide team members, fostering their growth and ensuring a cohesive and productive team environment.
