Job Title: System Administrator
Location: Remote
Summary: The project focuses on sustaining, enhancing, and modernizing the customers' Recruiting Information Support System to support large number of recruiters worldwide. It involves maintaining the legacy Oracle-based system while supporting the development and transition to Salesforce-based CRM. The effort addresses recruiting challenges through modern technology, data analytics, and improved system capabilities. A phased, carefully managed transition ensures uninterrupted recruiting operations while enabling long-term modernization.
Responsibilities:
- Perform system updates and security patches on Windows and Linux servers, adhering to established change management processes
- Conduct regular STIG reviews and remediation on operating systems and supporting software, ensuring compliance with security policies
- Proactively monitor system health and performance using monitoring tools, analyzing performance metrics, and troubleshooting performance bottlenecks
- Manage and maintain system backups and disaster recovery procedures, ensuring data integrity and system availability
- Document system configurations, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge articles to support ongoing system maintenance and support
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience serving as a System Administrator in a regulated and compliant environment
- Windows/Linux Administration, STIG Compliance, System Monitoring, Backup/Recovery, Documentation
- Security+ CE (IAT Level II) certification required
